Meet Overseer L. Wells

Minister  L. Wells is a devoted servant of the Most High God, visionary leader, entrepreneur, and Founder and General Overseer of Kingdom Impact Now International Ministries. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, she responded to a divine calling through a series of powerful spiritual encounters that brought prophetic direction, instruction, and impartation. Licensed into gospel ministry in 2000 and ordained in 2004 by a presbytery of apostles, prophets, and pastors, she faithfully serves within the five-fold ministry.

With extensive experience in ministry, public service, the private sector, entrepreneurship, and leadership development, Overseer Wells brings a unique blend of spiritual insight, practical wisdom, and real-world experience to her work. She currently serves full-time in the public sector while faithfully leading Kingdom Impact Now International Ministries, demonstrating that professional excellence and Kingdom purpose can work together to advance the work of God. As a coach, mentor, business owner, and ministry leader, she is passionate about equipping individuals to discover their God-given purpose, mature spiritually, maximize their potential, and fulfill their Kingdom assignment.

She carries a distinctive apostolic and prophetic mantle and is graced to function in each of the five-fold ministry expressions as directed by the Holy Spirit. Her ministry is marked by the presence and power of God through healing, deliverance, restoration, prophecy, breakthrough, and transformation. As a worshipper and prophetic voice, she is committed to helping people encounter God, hear His voice, and cultivate a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit.

Her passion for outreach and missions has taken her internationally, where she ministers through evangelism, prayer, encouragement, leadership development, and practical support to underserved communities. Through Kingdom Impact Now International Ministries, she continues to empower individuals, leaders, and communities through discipleship, mentorship, leadership development, Kingdom coaching, outreach, and prophetic ministry.

Her life is a testimony to God's faithfulness, grace, and mercy. She remains steadfast in her commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God, equipping believers for spiritual maturity and leadership, and empowering people around the world to walk boldly in their God-given purpose and calling.
