Meet Minister L. Wells

Minister L. Wells is a devoted servant of the Most High God, visionary leader, entrepreneur, business professional, and the Founder and General Overseer of Kingdom Impact Now International Ministries. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Minister Wells answered a divine calling through a series of powerful spiritual encounters in which she received prophetic direction, instruction, and spiritual impartation. She was licensed into gospel ministry in 2000 and ordained in 2004 by a presbytery of apostles, prophets, and pastors to function within the five-fold ministry.

In addition to her ministry leadership, Minister Wells is a dedicated working professional, accomplished entrepreneur, business owner, and coach with extensive experience in leadership development, mentorship, business operations, administrative management, outreach initiatives, and empowerment services. Through faith, discipline, strategic leadership, and practical experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, she has successfully built and managed multiple businesses and ministry initiatives while helping individuals pursue purpose, personal growth, leadership development, financial advancement, and Kingdom-centered success.

Her unique ability to combine spiritual wisdom with practical business insight and real-world experience has enabled her to effectively serve individuals, entrepreneurs, leaders, families, and organizations from diverse backgrounds in both ministry and the marketplace. Minister Wells understands the importance of balancing faith, leadership, business, and personal development while building a life rooted in integrity, purpose, and long-term success.

Minister Wells carries a strong apostolic and prophetic mantle and has been graced to operate in all five-fold ministry functions as directed by the Holy Spirit. Her ministry is marked by the tangible presence and glory of God, accompanied by manifestations of the Holy Spirit, including healing, deliverance, restoration, prophecy, breakthrough, and transformation. As a worshipper, she leads others into deeper encounters with God and flows strongly in spiritual gifts, particularly prophecy and revelation.

Her passion for outreach and missions has led her to travel internationally with mission teams throughout regions of South America and beyond, ministering to the lost, broken, impoverished, and underserved through evangelism, prayer, encouragement, and practical support.

Minister Wells is deeply committed to prayer, the study of Scripture, leadership development, and cultivating intimacy with the Holy Spirit. A central focus of her ministry is equipping believers to grow in spiritual maturity, discover purpose, walk in dominion and authority, and demonstrate the reality and power of the Kingdom of God in everyday life.
